Tribulation Fitness – More thoughts on this challenge for christians

More thoughts from me on this subject. Hopefully this will encourage others out there to better themselves. As we experience more of Bible prophecy seeming to unfold before our eyes, many Christians are realizing that we are getting closer to the tribulation period and end times. The days are going to get harder for all of us, so perhaps it’s time we get our bodies and minds in better shape to be able to deal with what lays ahead for us. This video will discuss the Tribulation Fitness challenge I am starting and would like to extend that to everyone who views it. No set rules, no guidelines. Just christians (and non-christians) coming together to lose weight, get fit, talk about diet and exercise, food preparation, mental strength and to help encourage each other as we each travel our own journey in this. Let’s face it. With the Obama healthcare reform bill law that was just passed, we know for certain that there are going to be cuts in medical services. So it might be wise for us to get in better shape and train our bodies better so that we won’t need to rely on doctors and medical care quite so much. This is my own personal journey in this and I welcome anyone who wants to, to join along.
